To apply for the EUPSA membership the new member registration form has to be filled in.

The given information will be shown, after which the form has to be printed out local.

For candidates for an active membership from geographical Europe the application has to be endorsed by written letter of two active members of the EUPSA.

For candidates for an overseas membership form other countries the application has to be endorsed by one written letter of an overseas member and by one written letter of an active member of the EUPSA.

For candidates for a trainee membership the application has to be endorsed by one written letter of an active member of the EUPSA. Their application form shall be accompanied by a letter from the chief of his/her department indicating that he/she is a paediatric surgeon in training and the year that the education will be finished.

Membership fee 2009:

Active/overseas membership:

- Payment by Credit card 45.00 Euro

- Payment by bank transfer (transfer costs paid by member) 40.00 Euro.

Trainee membership:

- Payment by Credit card 25.00 Euro

- Payment by bank transfer (transfer costs paid by member) 20.00 Euro.

The application form together with the endorsement letter(s)/proof of education can be posted or faxed to the EUPSA Secretariat:
