Dear EUPSA member, In this year the history of the new EUPSA will move to its third year. In this short period, thanks to your support, EUPSA has become the largest Paediatric Surgical Association worldwide with over 700 members mainly from Europe but from around the globe as well. Our annual congresses contribute to our mission for better education and research as well as improvement of patient care. The Funding Office of the EUPSA endeavours to acquire funds for the education of members of our Association in centres of excellence in Europe. The EUPSA Executive Board is pleased to announce the establishment of the Education takes a key position in the improvement of Paediatric Surgical Care throughout the world. The Funding Office seeks support for EUPSEF from the industry, however in addition it is imperative that we, the members of EUPSA, evince our commitment to support Paediatric Surgical education. The primary goal of EUPSEF is to award grants to EUPSA members to visit centres of excellence as postgraduates for a defined period of time. In addition expert members of EUPSA can visit Paediatric Surgical institutions educating young members in their home environment.
