Accommodation
In Rome there are accommodation for all tastes and at prices to suit every pocket.

We would suggest contacting hotels directly through the International booking service online (like booking.com, venere.com, expedia.com, lastminute.com, edreams.com…) as it is the best way to obtain good rates in Rome.

To help you finding your accommodation please consider that:
- June is a really high season in Rome and hotels are extremely busy.
We strongly recommend that all participants arrange their accommodation as soon as possible (before March 30th, 2012).

- the Congress Venue is located in the Flaminio / Parioli District (north of the city centre) and the nearest metropolitan stop is Piazza del Popolo (Red Line A) then you have to take Tramway n.2 for few stops

- if you want to check Public Transportation to reach the Congress Venue from your hotel, you can use the Route Planner on www.atac.roma.it/index.asp?lingua=ENG

- the payment of Accommodation City Tax is required in Rome. Cost change following the category of the hotel (1 to 3 stars: 2 euros, 4 to 5 stars: 3 euros per night per person) The tax is per person per night, and for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under the age of 10 years old are exempt to pay this tax. The payment is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid by the guests directly at the hotel.
