All delegates must register online (www.eupsa.org) by filling in the  online registration form, which is for one delegate only and his/her accompanying person(s).Only full congress registration enables participation to the Courses or/and the Meet the Expert Lunches offered. For the UEMS-Exam at least a Day-registration is mandatory Make sure that you follow the instructions for payment of all fees involved, as you will be considered as a registered participant only upon receipt of payment within 14 days after registration. Your registration will be thereafter cancelled automatically. Congress registration
EUPSA members under the age of 40 yrs, coming from low economy countries are entitled on request to receive a support of €100,00. Please apply to the secretary by filling the form during online registration. Please pay the full amount and if your application is accepted you will be refunded during registration on site. Courses registration Oncology is a whole day course and registration for this course excludes any other registration. Laparoscopy and Intramedullary pinning courses run simultaneously as half day courses; registration for both during morning or afternoon is not possible.
Meet the expert lunch registration (per lunch) Please note that every day 2 lunches run simultaneously; registration for both is not possible.
Social program registration for delegates Participation of delegates to the accompanying persons programme is possible, they are kindly asked to register and pay accordingly.
Accompanying persons registration The registration fee for the accompanying persons is € 160.00 and includes all events listed above except the Annual Dinner. Further information on the events is available on the page: Social ProgrammeKids club registration (only for children older than 5yrs) All children 5 years and older can stay in our nursery free of charge. Please give the ages of the children during registration. They will be taken care by our nursing staff from 8 am. – 5 pm. including lunch. During the Welcome reception, the Presidents reception and the Annual Dinner children will have a special place to play and eat under supervision. For children over 9 years we will organize guided excursions to the Zoo, Einstein-House and a special Kids city tour during the 3 days of the congress. Payment Mode All payments should be made either: by credit card (VISA or MASTER) during on-line registration process or by bank transfer until May 17th, by actively transferring, the amount in EURO only. Cancellation and Refund Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the secretariat. Cancellation will be accepted until 15th April 2009 with a refund of all registration fees less 10% deduction for administrative expenses. Thereafter until one week before the congress a 30% deduction will be charged. Full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after May 24th 2010 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress. Liability EUPSA accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to Congress Participants, either or as a result of the Congress. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended. |
